Terms of Service

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed within 48 hrs or 2 business days, and shipped via the USPS or UPS.

Duties and VAT taxes for International orders: It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery. Should customers refuse to pay these charges, Violent Hero will be authorized to charge the customer's credit card on file for reimbursement of these charges 

Return Policy: If unsatisfied with your purchase call please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain an RMA number. All items may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.  All clothing or other products must be returned clean and otherwise undamaged. We will not accept damaged goods and the refund or exchange will be void.

Refunds Policy: Credits and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of returned product to Violent Hero Powerlifting.

Cancellation Policy: Canceled orders within 24 hours of purchase will not be shipped and funds will be returned within 48 hours. After 24 hours Violent Hero will issue a refund pursuant to the Refund Policy.

Privacy Policy: Your Personal information that is kept on file will not be sold or distributed to any person, company, or other entity without your permission. All emails used to register for purchases on www.violentheropowerlifting.com will be compiled into a database for regular emails. If  you wish to unsubscribe, click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email you received.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password. Any loss that you sustain due to a lack of security on your part regarding your codes or passwords is your sole loss to sustain.

Cancellation of Programs, Tools, and Services

Violent Hero Powerlifting may cancel or discontinue any or all of our programs, tools, or services provided on this website at any time without notice to you.

Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise routine. Violent Hero Powerlifting will not be held liable for any injury sustained during any strenuous exercise outlined on this website.
