Execution:

Standing with your feet about shoulder width apart, hold a pair of dumbells at your sides with palms facing inwards. Curl the dumbbells up one at a time across your body in an X motion. Your right arm will move towards your left Pec. When you get to the top of the movement, squeeze your bicep and return the weight to the starting position. Alternate between arms until you reach the desired number of repetitions. Hammer curls are excellent for building mass in the biceps and upper forearms.
